Priced Document under the Right to Information Act
Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board has in its 63rd Executive Committee Meeting decided that GIDB undertakes/Prepared Studies, Master Plans and Detailed Project Reports, etc. of various projects and spends substantial amount on that. All this Documents be considered as “Product” and charges to be recovered from the citizens seeking copy of the Studies and other such documents undertaken by GIDB. The charges fixed for such documents sought under the RTI Act are 0.50% of the cost incurred by GIDB for such documents. It is also decided that this charges are for hard copy as well as soft copy of such documents.
